Andrew Ralph Associates was established in 1986 by Andrew Ralph subsequent to having been a partner in a London based practice for over 10 years.

The Practice have a strong focus on cost control and are proud of our proven track record in the successful completion of many projects.

Our services include the following;

Stage One - Budget Estimating and Feasibility Studies;
Production of an initial estimate in order to assess the viability of a scheme. Advice and support will be given on all tendering procedures and contractual matters.

Stage Two - Pre-Contract;
Preparation of Tender Documents for the main contract followed by examination of tenders and reporting thereon. Negotiating contracts will be undertaken with a selected contractor where necessary.
Tendering would normally be done by way of a ‘Bill of Approximate Quantities’, or by ‘Stage One Tender’ for selection of a Management Contractor should a JCT Management Contract be recommended.  

Stage Three - Post-Contract;
Preparing recommendations for Interim Payments on account to the Contractor; preparation of periodic assessments of the anticipated final cost and reporting thereon. Measurement of work and adjustment of variations in accordance with the terms of the contract followed by preparation of the Final Account, pricing of the same and agreement of the total with the Contractor.
